About the Project
Gallagher Hall houses the UC Davis Graduate School of Management offices and conference center. The project was a design/ build effort comprised of a two 3-story buildings. The striking design features glass-and-tile. Its bold architecture and open, vibrant spaces meant to inspire creativity, collaboration and community.
The 40,000 square foot building incorporates a structural steel frame with metal composite deck and concrete floors. The project received LEED Platinum certification, becoming the first public business school in California to achieve the U.S. Green Building Council’s top standard. It’s eco-friendly design reflects the School’s ethos of sustainability. Once finished, the Hall became the most innovative project built on the UC Davis campus to date.
