About the Project
The Crossings @ 880 is a master planned industrial park in Fremont, California. The park is spread over 40.5-acres in Fremont, California, located conveniently near the 880 and 237 freeways. The project was a joint venture between Overton Moore Properties and LaSalle Investment Management and is the largest industrial business park to be constructed in the San Francisco Bay Area in the past 15 years. It was awarded “Industrial Project of the Year” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
This $40 million project included three state of the art buildings ranging from 175,000 to 311,000 square-feet of Class A industrial space with ceiling heights of 32-feet and the capacity to house up to six tenants. The structures are comprised of a hybrid panelized roof system (wood framing between steel bar joists and girders), steel columns, tilt-up concrete walls, reinforced concrete slab-on-grade and shallow foundations.
It boasts 3,600 feet of freeway frontage, providing excellent visibility for tenants. Early tenants include furniture company Living Spaces and Apple Inc. The completed, fully-leased park has since sold to an affiliate of BlackRock Realty Advisors.
