THE CHATEAU
AT HEAVENLY VILLAGE
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA
The Chateau in South Lake Tahoe is a 20 acre redevelopment project that provides two luxury condo-hotels, retail space and the long awaited convention center to this resort destination. Due to the seasonal constraints of the area, construction efforts and associated inspection and testing for this project were performed under an extremely aggressive construction schedule.
MatriScope effectively performed and remained flexible and responsive to the scheduling requirements of the associated contractors by maintaining four full time multi-disciplined inspectors and one senior resident inspector working a variety of shifts to complete the job. MatriScope provided special inspections and material testing services related to engineered fill placement, structural concrete, masonry, and structural steel.
