THE CHATEAU AT HEAVENLY VILLAGE
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA

The much anticipated Chateau in South Lake Tahoe, California is a 20 acre, $420 million redevelopment project that will provide two luxury condo-hotels, retail space and the long awaited convention center to this resort destination. Due to the seasonal constraints of the area, construction efforts and associated inspection and testing for this project will be performed under an extremely aggressive construction schedule. MatriScope is effectively performing their scope on this project by remaining flexible and responsive to the scheduling requirements of the associated contractors by maintaining four full time multi-disciplined inspectors and one senior resident inspector working a variety of shifts to complete the job. Construction is expected to be complete in winter 2009.

MatriScope is under contract to perform construction observation related to engineered fill placement, structural concrete, masonry, and structural steel.
