BROADSTONE MARKETPLACE
FOLSOM, CA

The Broadstone Marketplace is a master planned, 40-acre retail development located in Folsom, California. Broadstone has become a main shopping destination for Eastern Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Broadstone is a part of one of Sacramento County’s fastest growing communities. Included in the development is a power center which features 388,000 square feet, inclusive of ten buildings that range in size from 10,000 to 35,000 square feet. Major tenants include PetSmart, Linens 'n Things, Borders Books and Music, Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls, Cost Plus and other complimentary businesses. This site is also anchored by a free standing 128,000 square foot Home Depot.

MatriScope provided construction inspection and materials testing services related to concrete, masonry, reinforcing steel, shop and field welding, nailing and epoxy anchor bolts.

TARGET STORE REMODEL
SAN JOSE, CA

The remodel of the existing San Jose store included demolition of the garden center, expansion of the sales area, a new pharmacy, relocation of existing restrooms, food court, administration offices and photo center. Scope included an extensive selection of exterior finishes, as well as, site work, paving and landscape modifications. Additional Target store remodels include Rohnert Park, Pinole and Hollister.

MatriScope provided construction inspection and materials testing services related to soils, concrete, epoxy anchors, masonry, structural steel, and fireproofing.

ELK GROVE COMMONS
ELK GROVE, CA

The Elk Grove Commons shopping center is a 242,000 square foot power center located at the southwestern corner of Bruceville Road and Elk Grove Boulevard opened. This project is anchored by Kohl's, Cost Plus, Home Goods, Trader Joe's and Tilly's. Construction consisted of a combination of masonry walls and structural steel moment frames.

ELK GROVE COMMONS
 

WINCO FOODS, ANTELOPE OFFICE BUILDING
NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA

MatriScope performed a field investigation, exploring and evaluating subsurface conditions at various locations at the proposed Winco Foods Antelope Office Building site. The project included construction a 7,000 square foot, single-story, slab-on-grade office building. Upon completion, comprehensive geotechnical recommendations were developed to support project design and construction. Our design services, refined processes, laboratory analysis, and local expertise enabled us to expedite an economical design, completing the project on schedule and within budget.
