As Vice President of Business Development and Project Manager,Carla Collins has more than 10 years of construction industry experience and is responsible for new business development and project management related to on-going construction efforts.
Carla oversees the firm’s Business Development efforts. She is responsible for prospecting new business development opportunities, preparation of proposals and contract tracking. Carla establishes initial project estimates, assesses resource requirements with customers, and handles project setup and budget management.
In addition, she provides project administration activities related to geotechnical and construction inspection services and serves as a key point of contact for her clients. Carla is also responsible for participating in industry associations and business development activities with a goal of establishing and maintaining long-term customer relations.
