CARLA COLLINS
Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager, Carla is responsible for marketing, new business development and project management related to design and on-going construction projects in the public and private market segments. Carla manages MatriScope’s lead tracking system and market reporting databases and is responsible for new business development opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting teaming opportunities, contract management, and project administration activities related to geotechnical, environmental design and construction inspection services. Carla received a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix, Sacramento Campus and is actively involved in the industry. She is the Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Sacramento District Council’s Young Leaders Group (YLG) and sits on their Executive Committee, participates on the Events sub-committee with Sacramento Area Chamber and Trade Organization (SACTO), involved with the American Public Works Association (APWA), a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), and a member of the Sacramento Metro Chamber’s New MetroEDGE.

ANGELINA M. DALTON
Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, Angelina is responsible for new business development activities, project tracking, maintaining client relationships and promoting teaming opportunities related to geotechnical, environmental design and construction inspection services. She received a BA degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology from CSU, Sacramento. Angelina began her professional career in the banking industry of which she spent the last four years learning the ropes of lending from the ground up which evolved into the role of a Business Development Officer. Her active participation in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Sacramento reads like a seasoned member. Since joining in late 2007 Angelina has been a member of the Membership Committee, Golf Classic Committee, sub-committee Co-Chair of Raffle and Silent Auction, and a sub-committee Chair of Programs. She was the recipient of CREW’s 2008 Rising Star Award. Angelina is also involved in organizations and committees including ACRE, BOMA, NAIOP, SACTO and Roseville Young Professionals.

JENNIFER D. LOGES
Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator, Jenny is responsible for marketing and business development activities including preparation of proposals, managing MatriScope’s client resource management database, creating sales letters and responding to customer requests. She is also responsible for creating, designing and maintaining graphic resources, including, corporate marketing and business development collateral, advertisements, newsletters, flyers, proposals and Corporate Statement of Qualifications. Jenny received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Communications from California State University, Sacramento and has been actively working in the field of marketing for the past ten years. She transitioned into the engineering industry from the home building industry in 2006. Jenny is an active participant on the Events sub-committee with SACTO.
